One partner for setting up and growing in Dubai
Almahira is based in Business Bay, Dubai. We set up mainland and free zone companies, handle residence visas, Golden Visas and PRO work, guide property buyers, and build the websites and apps a new company needs.
What we do, and how
Most founders arrive with the same questions: mainland or free zone, which licence, how many visas, which bank, and what it will cost. We answer them in writing before you commit, then do the work.
You deal with one consultant from the first call to the issued licence and visas. Behind them, our PRO team handles submissions to the Department of Economy and Tourism, the free zone authorities, ICP, GDRFA and MOHRE, and our technology team builds websites, apps and brand identities for companies that are ready to trade.

What you can expect from us
- A written quote that shows government fees and our fees separately
- A realistic timeline, including the steps that depend on banks and authorities
- Plain explanations of each approval and why it's needed
- Reminders before licences, visas and filings fall due
How we work
The habits behind the work, in practice.
- Advice before sales
- If a free zone package, visa route or structure doesn't suit you, we say so, even when that means a smaller job for us.
- Official sources
- We work from the rules the authorities publish and check them again before each submission, because fees and requirements change.
- Everything in writing
- Quotes, document lists and timelines arrive in writing, so you can compare them and hold us to them.
- One point of contact
- One consultant follows your file and tells you what is happening, including when something is delayed.
- English and Arabic
- We prepare documents, websites and brand material in both languages, right-to-left included.
- Careful with your documents
- Passport copies and personal documents are used for your application and shared only with the authorities and partners involved.
How we write our guides
Our guides answer the questions clients ask us most often. Each one is checked against the official source, such as the Federal Tax Authority, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, the Dubai Land Department or the relevant free zone authority, and lists those sources at the end.
Every guide shows the date it was last reviewed. UAE rules change through new decisions and circulars, so we review guides when the rules change and correct anything out of date. If you spot an error, email us at hello@almahira.me.
Guides are general information, not legal, tax or investment advice. Almahira does not provide regulated financial services; where a topic needs a licensed professional, such as a tax agent, lawyer or broker, we say so.
